Export Reports
Download a domain issues list as a CSV file for Excel or Google Sheets, or print and save a full report as a PDF for auditors and stakeholders.
Share results with people who do not use AccessBell, keep records for audits, or plan work in a spreadsheet.
Export Issues to Excel or Google Sheets
- Open the domain.
- Select Export at the top right, then Issues as CSV (Excel).
- Open the downloaded file in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets.
The file has one row per failing rule, with:
- Issue name and severity
- WCAG criteria
- Number of failing elements and pages
- Affected page addresses
- How to fix it
It is named after the domain and today’s date, for example example.com-accessibility-issues-2026-09-28.csv.
Save a Report as a PDF
- Open the domain.
- Select Export, then Print or save as PDF.
- In the print window, choose Save as PDF as the destination.
The printed report includes the overview, scan history, the coverage table and every issue with its fix, without the sidebar and buttons.
To print a single page’s report instead, open it from the Pages tab and use your browser’s print command.
