Manage Billing, Cards and Invoices

Payments are handled by Stripe. AccessBell never sees or stores your full card number. Only the account Owner can manage billing.

The Billing Page

Select Billing in the sidebar to see:

• Status: Free trial, Active, Payment failed, Canceled and so on
• Domains in plan, and how many are in use
• Monthly price
• First charge during a trial, or Renews after it

Open the Stripe Portal

Select Manage billing. You are taken to a secure Stripe page where you can:

• Update your card or payment method
• Download invoices and receipts
• Update your billing name, address and tax details
• Change the number of domains
• Cancel your subscription

When you are done, return to AccessBell from the link on the Stripe page. Changes appear on the Billing page within a few seconds.

Team members who are not the Owner see the Billing page but cannot open the portal.
